Lucifer ....

He sat on his forgone blue couch,
upright, head held high without a slouch !!
Looking at the stars above he dreamed,
while people on earth shouted and screamed !!

He saw a shooting star and said,
there falls my evil twin,
he too will go to another hell,
and new tales of his demise they will spin !!

Was he happy, was he sad?
no one could say as he was an expressionless lad !!
Some left him, some feigned not to know,
some said he stays in hell and so he likes to live low !!

He still thought on in his brooding silence,
he had his music and his memories and the astounding absence !!
He had sold his mind, his soul and his body,
he knew he was now just a nobody !!

His path to another heaven was not there,
as his only virtue was not to lie anywhere !!
He was damned and forgotten and pushed to the past,
and he was oblivious to the knowledge that people moved too fast !!

He spread his wings and he tried to fly,
he tried to touch the deep blue sky !!
Every step he took he looked for hope,
cause he was Lucifer and knew there was always scope !!

They ignored him, they said he feigned it all,
they said he's a fallen angel, so never answer his call !!
They said if you go with him, you too will be damned !!
Ignorance is bliss he said, but bliss is like grains of sand !!

The more you try to clutch it, the more you let it go,
bliss is like that my friend and on sand you can never sow !!
One day when you know this truth and you turn back to stare,
I might be light years away as i felt one day no one did care !!

Tomorrow is another day ....

We live today in mirth and sorrow,
we dance in the open and in the rabbit's burrow !!
we bless the world for its ignorant game,
we know that some people like to be lame !!

The social boundaries bite,
its nice to fly in the sky like a kite,
but even then your are tied,
to a handle and a string that guides !!

Some try to break free,
and some try and revolt,
some say its part of the game,
and become nuts and bolts !!

Human emotions are hard to understand,
Freud tried to draw some with his magic wand !!
Creation by nature is an unknown art,
interpreting it would make the creator of the universe less smart !!

Boundaries are many, and there are great divides,
but the origin is the same like the ocean tides !!
Hatred and love go hand in hand,
in a world where people still fight for their land !!

Hope is still there in the eyes of the beholder,
the future will be strong and insolently bolder !!
They will learn from the errors of the past,
they shall know that the die is never cast !!

They shall live in a world they created,
they shall dance away unadulterated !!
They shall know that the sky is at bay,
they shall say tomorrow is another day !!

I am greed, i am cursed,
i am in disillusionment completely immersed !!
I am faith, i am hate,
i am waiting for him to open the gate !!

One day the bell will toll,
and the judgement will be told !!
It may be right, it may be wrong,
perception is what will sing its song !!

I am a dream, i am the fact,
i am gracefull and do not have tact !!
I am in need of a reason to run,
i am in need to see the sun !!

Running ahead, ahead of time,
beliving in myths is still a crime !!
Belief itself shuts the door,
and i am stranded far from the sea shore !!

I am lust, i am love,
i still believe in the white dove !!
I am mercy, i am trust,
i am hypocrisy, believe in me if you must !!

Draped in fortune, covered in wealth,
joy forgotten even though there's no stealth !!
Worried with desires to gather more,
values were lost to the core !!

I am human, I am life,
i am just another name for strife !!
I am living, i am alive,
i am hoping till the moment of the final dive !!

Questions ......

Taken away for a ride,
on a long and lonely tide,
the ocean seems too big,
but is it not worth the last gig ? !!

Roaming the roads that did not call,
watching the hills that were not small,
echoes came back with fond memories,
the future did hold untold mysteries !!

Fighting the lullaby's that put you to sleep,
is tougher for a man than the sheep,
cause you can think and u can reason,
and if you fail it is treason !!

Living on the edge is a tact full game,
but when the supports not there it's not the same,
venturing on faith and trust and belief,
it will come true if you want the relief !!

Satan's reprise is a long way to come,
apocalypse will end the sun !!
But will it end the rain falling down?
can it cover the human crown ?

Even though the lightening covers the cloud,
and masks it with its glittering shroud,
do you not see the dark background?
Do you not sense the lonely vagabond?

Questions to ponder upon,
while life is not a sum,
and you walk by, as if nothing mattered,
living the dream which was all but shattered !!

Life - The Truth !!

Life's not a movie nor a TV Show,
some learn it early, some learn it slow !!
But every moment is worth living
happiness is worth the giving !!

Dreams and desires need not come true,
and the sky may always not be blue,
but even in the black cloud,
you can hear a music that's loud !!

Chasing your dream is never wrong,
its just another way to sing your song !!
Obstacles will be there in middle,
you just need to solve it as another riddle !!

Belief and faith is still the key,
if u don't believe, u'll pay the fee !!
Wars and battles shall rock mankind,
but it does not make every human unkind !!

Promises are there to be kept,
else when you wake up, you'll never feel u slept !!
Life still is black and white,
bad incidents doesn't take away the light !!

Life is beautiful, life is long,
ask the dead man who coud not trudge along !!
Live it with all you have got,
a second chance may never be sought !!

Blurred Memories !!

The silence speaks,
and the memories are too bleak !!
Reinforced emotions run around,
life itself makes no sound !!

Belief and faith a thing of the past,
the earth revolves and people move too fast !!
Deep down inside the child still cries,
the man in front only sighs !!

Smoky vapours sorround the land,
blurry eyes look for a hand !!
But he's forsaken, forsaken with time
he doesnot know for which crime !!

Living on patience and on hope,
living on the edge without a rope !!
Echoes all around speak aloud,
go ahead and catch the passing cloud !!

Optimistic Pessimism ..

The tears dried up,
the souls not there,
I am a stone,
in an evergreen Fair !!

Rolled twice,
into a bottomless pit,
the injuries too deep,
and i can't be hit !!

The crust gone,
the inside hurts,
I cannot move on,
my mind blurts !!

Gathering strength,
is a thing of the past,
a flag flying low,
on its lonely mast !!

Pretence and masks,
flying all around,
roped and tethered,
bound to the ground !!

Hoping against hope,
that the wounds will heal,
and know for a fact,
that the fate is not sealed !!
